Jayden Warren, who was later identified like a kid and initially identified by police like a girl, was available at about 11:30 p.m.


Police extended their look for Brown after Jayden was identified.


Mass. State Police declare Brown comes with an active warrant out of Boston District Court for assault and battery, as well as an active standard warrant out of Suffolk Superior Court for substance submission.


Investigators tell FOX 25 Jayden, her mother, and two different youngsters owned to the Cold Stone Creamery situated at 94 Belvidere Street at about 8:30 p.m. with Brown. The caretaker and two of the children left the car to go into the ice cream store and if they came ultimately back the car and Jayden were gone. Brown is not Jayden’s dad and didn’t have permission to go away with the son or daughter.

Police claim Brown made remarks leading them to think he posed a threat of problems for the little one.
